Introducing Seva Beta

Seva is an early-stage platform built around a simple idea: health information should work with people, not against them. Too often, personal health data is fragmented—appointments in one place, reports in another, symptoms remembered imperfectly, and context lost over time. Seva is an attempt to bring clarity to that chaos.

Today, we’re opening Seva Beta.

Seva is an early-stage platform built around a simple idea: health information should work with people, not against them. Too often, personal health data is fragmented - appointments in one place, reports in another, symptoms remembered imperfectly, and context lost over time. Seva is an attempt to bring clarity to that chaos.

What Seva Is (and Isn’t)

Seva is not a replacement for clinicians, diagnoses, or professional care. It is a support platform designed to help individuals organise, understand, and reflect on their health over time.

At its core, Seva focuses on three principles:

  • Continuity – Health is longitudinal, not episodic.

  • Context – Data only matters when it’s meaningful.

  • Access – Tools should be understandable, not overwhelming.

What’s Included in the Beta

The beta version of Seva introduces a small but intentional set of features:

  • Health Timeline
A structured timeline where users can log medical events, symptoms, medications, and key moments. The aim is to reduce reliance on memory and improve long-term visibility.

  • AI-Assisted Chat
A conversational interface that helps users make sense of their own information, ask reflective questions, and prepare for appointments. It is designed to support understanding - not to provide medical advice.

  • Document & Report Storage
A secure place to keep reports, test results, and notes together, so nothing gets lost or forgotten when it matters most.

These features are deliberately limited. The beta is about learning what is genuinely useful, not shipping everything at once.

Why a Beta?

Health technology carries responsibility. Releasing Seva as a beta allows us to:

  • Gather real feedback from real users

  • Identify gaps, risks, and misunderstandings early

  • Build carefully, rather than quickly

Every design decision at this stage is guided by caution, clarity, and user trust.

Who Seva Is For (Right Now)

The beta is particularly suited to people who:

  • Manage long-term or recurring conditions

  • Want better oversight of their health history

  • Feel overwhelmed by fragmented medical information

Over time, this scope may expand - but focus matters at the beginning.

What Comes Next

During the beta period, we’ll be:

  • Refining the timeline and data structure

  • Improving clarity, privacy, and control

  • Listening closely to how people actually use Seva

Some features will change. Others may be removed entirely. That’s the point.

A Final Note

Seva is early. It is imperfect. But it is intentional.

If you’re using the beta, your feedback directly shapes what Seva becomes. Thank you for trusting us at this stage.
